What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all transactions.
- Preparing, reviewing, and reconciling financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Assisting with audits and internal controls, ensuring financial integrity across the board.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.
- Supporting payroll, tax filings, and other accounting duties with precision and efficiency.
- Using cutting-edge accounting software tools to streamline financial processes and improve reporting.
- Posting & maintaining Journal Entries and the General Ledger , overseeing daily accounting functions, collecting and verifying payments
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or wow us with your relevant experience).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles is a plus (internships or part-time work counts!).
- Proficient in accounting software, Excel, and other financial tools (bonus points for familiarity with AI or automation tools).
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
