Your Role:
Shape Redcarpet’s global support experience. Build a world-class team and ensure seamless user journeys. The role is global , the candidate will be based in Mumbai – India.

What You’ll Do:
- Hire, structure, and lead the customer support team
- Design and execute long-term support strategies
- Define KPIs, analyze data, and optimize satisfaction
- Bridge customer insights with product enhancements
- Drive cross-functional communication and service quality
You Bring
- Leadership experience in support roles, preferably in tech startups
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Notion, Slack etc
- Strong analytical, communication, and crisis management skills
